Set up an outdoor LoRa antenna

Set up a gateway & educate people about IoT at Effinger.

With a TTN Gateway, our goals are:

Put Effinger on the map, fix the red area where signal is of relatively low quality. This will be a very nice service to the amateur/startup IoT community.
To make use of the infrastructure, we would run workshops on building your own nodes sensors (like the one in November with #colearning / #yolu), and install some of the ideas we are collecting in the form of tangible devices collecting data (temperature, noise) in the space.
